ABOUT THE ROLE

Reibus is looking for a Director of Sales that is passionate about connecting customers with a world class solution to drive optimum supply chain efficiencies. You will collaborate with all sales team members to close opportunities, maximize results and ensure satisfaction with current customers to create repeat business. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to make their mark when it comes to directly impacting generating revenue for a fast-growing tech start-up that is innovating the supply chain for industrial products. Reporting to our Commercial Sales Leader, this role is for the Director of Sales who wants to directly the revenue growth for Reibus, but also create their own path to success while mentoring a high performing team!

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and lead the sales team: Lead the day-to-day running of sales team and build the function, from talent to tools and reporting. 
  • Own the GTM strategy: Develop and implement the Go-to-Market strategy to exceed revenue KPI targets for account penetration and engagement while creating a compelling vision that aligns senior management, your team and the other functional resources within Reibus
  • Partner across the business: Work with cross functional teams to ensure the team is proactively identifying revenue opportunities and driving user activity and engagement.
  • Help lead the team: Provide feedback, direction and mentorship to the team that supports their growth and aligns with the company’s goals.

  • Coaching and mentoring: Leverages opportunities to invest in the growth of others. 
  • Business acumen: The ability to understand the drivers of our business and how they deliver value to the customer. Budgeting and/or financial-focused mindset helpful. 
  • Relationship building: Natural at building confidence among direct reports, peers and senior stakeholders. 
  • Communication: Possesses exceptional executive presence to inspire and motivate others through verbal and written mediums. 
  • Data fluency: Takes a data-driven approach to decision-making. Able to synthesize data, identify powerful relationships and communicate recommendations to executive stakeholders. 


YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND

In order to accelerate your impact in the role, you’d be best served to have the following experiences: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience in a sales management role w/n the Steel/Metals Space
  • Experience in sales management in the metals industry is very helpful
  • Working in B2B marketing, preferably in a similar industry 
  • Leveraging web analytics and CRM tools 
  • Supporting a growing global organization 
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment
