THE ROLE

Our Field Marketing Manager will collaborate on a wide variety of projects, fueling the growth of our European business. This role is a great opportunity for a curious and entrepreneurial marketing professional looking to breathe new life into a traditional industry. In this newly created role, you will execute programs to build awareness, mindshare, and interest from customers, influencers, and employees about what makes Reibus unique: our products, distinctive company culture, and approach to innovation. You will work closely with HQ teams and European Leadership and Sales teams to develop and execute marketing activities for increasing awareness and interest in our key markets. If managing a wide range of programs is your specialty and you have a gift for adapting them across multiple markets, we want to meet you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Geography-specific marketing: Develop and execute tactics based on regional business objectives and in accordance with global branding guidelines.
• Localization: Lead efforts to translate and localize marketing assets as appropriate to effectively communicate offerings to local target audiences.

• Demand generation: Coordinating with global marketing, execute product launches, events, and demand generation campaigns as appropriate in local markets.

• Marketing execution: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams on a wide variety of initiatives, including but not limited to branding, digital marketing, media relations, and social media.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Event management: Experience organizing sponsorships and executing at industry conferences and tradeshows.
• Media management: Identify and maintain relationships with key trade media.
• Customer focus: Develops content through the lens of intended audiences first.
• Drive and follow-through: Bias for outcomes and action over perfection.
• Collaboration: Takes a proactive, how can I help attitude. Influential without creating friction, even with colleagues who display strong personalities and opinions.
• Agility: Able to manage several projects simultaneously and handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious aspiration: Interest in developing new industry expertise and marketing skills beyond digital marketing. Unafraid to speak up or ask questions in a group.

YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field
• 5+ years of field marketing experience across multiple countries
• Fluency in multiple languages, including English and German
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
