As our Head of HR in Europe you will align people and culture to our company strategy to make us one of the best places on earth to work. This new role is among our most crucial as we continue to grow at an exponential rate and establish a global presence.  

We don’t like to think about anything in the traditional way, including HR, so this role is perfect for someone that is passionate about rethinking talent and culture. We’re looking for someone that possesses both the subject matter knowledge of best practices and the curiosity to find an even better way. 

Reporting directly to both the Head of Europe and our Chief People Officer, you will partner closely with leaders across the business and the People & Culture team to develop and enact a shared vision for our growing Europe team. We want you to bring your expertise and passion to truly own the work!  



  • Partner with the business: Provided trusted guidance to leaders and managers regarding organizational design, employee engagement and talent management.  
  • Recruit and onboard the team: Partner with the Reibus team in the USA to create program structure, source and curate content, and lead weekly onboarding cohorts. 
  • Promote a world-class employee experience: Respond to employee relations and partner on programs that make Rebus an amazing place to work (e.g. social gatherings, in-office events, lunch-and-learns etc.). 
  • Keep us compliant: Identify areas of need, partner with internal stakeholders to develop appropriate policies and ensure the organization is trained/enabled when needed. 
  • Support global expansion: Partner with Legal, Finance and IT to establish policies, process and practices as we grow globally. 
  • Champion our culture: Bridge the gap between culture in the US and Europe whilst staying true to core company values 



  • Business acumen: Understands the drivers of our business and ways talent and employee experience affect performance. 
  • Problem solving: Narrows down all possible outcomes to a handful of likely scenarios and presents recommendations based on business priorities. 
  • Relationship building: Takes initiative to build and foster positive relationships with stakeholders and team members.  
  • Organization: Ability to prioritize and shepherd multiple projects in parallel with stellar attention to detail. Can context-shift and pivot while still maintaining progress. 
  • Agility: Resourceful, resilient and proactive in fast-paced environments. Takes a flexible approach to new challenges. 
  • Empathy: Deeply understands the needs of others, demonstrating sensitivity in responding to challenges. 



In order to accelerate your impact in the role, you’d be best served to have the following experiences: 

  • At least 10 years implementing and improving HR processes for a European entity 
  • Participating in recruitment and/or onboarding 
  • Leading a team and managing people  
  • Supporting a growing global organization 
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment
