As our CFO, you will co-write the success story of one of the fastest growing start-ups in the southeast US. Your strategic financial leadership and practical know-how will be crucial as Reibus embarks on major global expansion and continues to grow exponentially. This role is a great opportunity for a seasoned executive looking to add increasingly larger valuations and a major public offering to their resume. Reporting to the Founder and CEO, you will forge the path of growth, form relationships, and establish core financial processes and reporting requirements.   • Own financial strategy and budget: Lead financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury and cash management and internal controls. 
  • Scale finance operations and process: Manage key finance-related activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory and the monthly closing process. 
  • Drive to IPO: Support future fundraising activities and M&A opportunities while leading the company to a successful public offering. 
  • Forecast and Report: Build financial models and analytic tools that inform our P&L, present financial results and provide commentary included to support decision making.  
  • Lead the Finance Team: Hire, train and mentor a high performing team. 
  • Partner across the business: Provide forward-looking insight and function as a strategic business partner, enabler, and problem solver in strategic issues. 



  • Strategic thinking/business acumen: Understands the business equation across growth and cost components, prioritizes work and allocates resources to drive business outcomes 
  • Ownership mindset: Completely owns the outcomes of scope even without direct authority; can identify and own dependencies to sequence complex workstreams to drive results 
  • Analytical rigor: Breaks down a problem into its component parts and uses data and logic to accurately diagnose root causes and identify solutions 
  • Ability to coach and drive team performance: Strong capability in general management and passion for upskilling, motivating and managing teams 
  • Excellent communicator: Uses verbal and written communication to express ideas clearly and persuasively 
  • Emotional intelligence and empathy: Understand how to size up personalities and adapt approach accordingly. 



  • 10+ years of finance and leadership experience  
  • Experience with corporate governance, collaborating directly with the board of directors 
  • Proven ability leading multiple fundraising rounds and a successful public offering 
  • Experience working with lenders, private equity and venture capital firms 
  • Experience evaluating acquisition targets, managing due diligence activities, and understanding the nuances of acquisition integration
