About the Role

Reibus is looking for a North American Sales Manager for their Long Products segment that is passionate about connecting customers to a world class solution to drive supply chain optimization in the industrial long products space. Reibus is challenging the status quo and traditional hurdles of operating in the metals industry. We are fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative. You will collaborate with all sales team members grow our customer base, close opportunities, maximize results and ensure satisfaction with current customers to create repeat business.

 

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales – Long Products to define a go-to-market plan to rapidly grow our network of steel long product: mills, service centers, fabricators, and OEMs
    • Create a quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKR) document as a guide to meet management business objectives
  • Leverage your network and supply chain experience; to help introduce Reibus’ services throughout North America
  • Assist the Director of Sales in coaching, managing, and mentoring National Sales Representatives to exceed established sales revenue goals
    • Utilize CRM tools and data to manage NSRs to established metrics
    • Process oriented, utilizing Reibus Sales Playbook
  • Communicate daily with Long Products team driving: activity, platform engagement, sourcing, quotation guidance, and assistance closing deals.
    • Process oriented, utilizing Reibus Sales Playbook
  • Virtual and in person sales calls with National Sales Representatives
  • Develop strategic customer relationships with management teams of customers to drive long-term solutions and repeatable business
  • Coordinate with cross functional departments including: product listings, development, and operations, to ensure continuous improvement of customer driven solutions
  • Introduce and implement new ideas to help diversify revenue streams


    Your Ideal Background 

    In order to accelerate your impact in the role, you’d be best served to have the following experiences: 

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 5+ years of experience as a sales leader in the metals industry is required
    • Expert knowledge and experience motivating sales teams, growing pipeline, and hitting revenue targets
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets and guide a team through complex and evangelical sales cycles 
    • Highly driven, proactive individual with an execution focus, a strong sense of urgency, and a belief in the mission of Reibus. You will go beyond relationship management
    • Able to manage the entire sales cycle from demand generation, qualification, presentation, and closing.
    • Excellent documentation and communication skills
    • Must be flexible, extremely well organized, detail oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities
    • Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
    • Demonstrated experience as a team-building leader, capable of rallying support from both direct and indirect staff to drive shared positive results
